Together Kevin and Mary function as successful Inuk and non-Inuk teammates. They are passionate about facilitating Inuit and non-Inuit communication to promote mutual understanding. They have taught thousands of government employees, private sector workers, social workers, educators, and foster parents about a better way of working with Inuit communities. They have authored two books that serve as therapeutic resources for Inuit children in care. They are currently lead consultants developing the Sapujjijuit program, an alternative caregiver licensing program for the province of Ontario that will allow Inuit children and youth in care to remain within Inuit homes.
